1. Aaron comes tonight!!!! He hasnt been here in like 7 mos...Yes, I am serious. I mean.. I've been to Chicago and I actually prefer going to Chicago b/c there's SO much to explore and we have so much fun. We figured he'd visit Tulsa more when it got bitter cold in the Chi...until he had to take the damn bar exam. My apartment is CLEAN, my legs are shaved (TMI, but deal with it), my vacation days are logged in for work, and I am excited! :)
2. We may have found an affordable vacation!!! COSTA RICA!!! I want to go somewhere SO badly. Is it financially smart? Likely not. But, it's not like I wouldnt spend the money on something else anyway. I'll just live life low for awhile. After miles, etc, the tickets are gonna be around 150 for EACH OF US. Yes, as in 150 dollars to go to COSTA RICA! We'll stay in sleepy beach cabanas, etc, on the cheap. The only REAL cost will be activities like REPELLING down a waterfall and ziplining! Okay, again, trying not to get my hopes up in case it cant happen....
3. I've been working out almost 4 times a week most weeks, adding protein to my diet, (fyi: Luna chocolate protein bars are the BEST) etc, and I'm noticing a significant difference. I have WAY more endurance, things are tightening up, etc.... HOORAY! Some nights, I only make a half hour workout while others, it's more like an hr. I figure as long as I'm getting there and doing SOMETHING. I dont know how people with families do it. My friend up at work is my motivation b/c she has two kids and still manages to work out 3 times per week. If Costa doesnt happen, I'm just gonna let myself be a fatass from depression for a good few weeks.... haha..
4. The Gauntlet season finale is tonight..and I get to watch it with Aaron! We're both kinda nuts for those shows. I really hope the rookies win. They're setting it up to look like they might.. with all the vets comments, etc...
I need to get some work done. My head isnt really here though. I'm trying.. I'm trying....:)

dude. i was NOT pleased at the gauntlet finale. not pleased at all. i mean, i'm glad the rookies won, but by default?!? ugh.
I hated the gauntlet finale.. I did not like how it ended at all.. I knew that the Rookies would win but not in that way.. AND Poor Eric.. I mean they tried to kill the kid. I felt really bad for him. I swear they just take the most selfish people in the world and throw them on the show.. They were crying because they lost and they didn't even know if Eric was alive.. STUPID.. and Frank. That is a another story!! Ha. Sorry. Congrats on the trip! That is exciting!
