Anyway, I always say my high school was ghetto.. but in all honesty, it wasn't that bad. I mean.. you can look at the pics and see that my group was definitely not described as "ghetto." haha.. :) Well, we WERE the honors class all four years for Pete's sake...We actually showed up 45 minutes before school started to get an extra class in so we could have the opp to graduate early.. None of us did, though..cause who would want to do that? :)
Blaze and I always go to these things together...sometimes grudgingly..but we still want to go (as long as each other is going)... then we end up having a good time. The key is to leave after you've said hello to everyone, had chit chat, and are still thinking everyone is a pretty cool person. (aka before everyone gets wasted)
Below: Elizabeth, Travis, Sam (Eliz's husband), me, Beau (Trav's brother)
Below: Some EC girls...and Tania's husband behind us.. :)
This pic makes me giggle.. It's typical... Blaze and me.. with "the group" sitting behind us in the background. We always joke b/c we were always included in "the group" but typically did our own thing anyway and had other groups we hung with, too. In other words, we didnt really stay deeply connected with the group after high school like they did. Events like this always result in Blaze and me looking around like "so..yeah.. everyone's the same... cool.."
The bride doing a keg stand.. her first one ever.. Yeah, we were definitely at a high school event. Lol!
***** EAST SIDE PRIDE BEETOCHES!!! ****** So what if my school looked like a prison? Who needs windows?

samuel enjoyed the photos... i guess he knew some of those peeps from high school, too. i can't believe how close i am to a 10 year high school reunion... it's just a few years away. yikes. high school. a lifetime ago.
LOL Y'all look like you had fun! I run into Cheryl throughout Tulsa as well & I got an invitation! YAY! I guess I'm one of those people that she just had their address!! hahaha [Yanno I only spent 2 years in the AP Classes with y'all so I'm only half-cool.] psht!! hahaha
Gosh Travis looks even better with the facial hair...sheez!
Glad y'all had fun! I had an awesome vacation! I posted pics on myspace!
Ewww 10 year reunion...ummm...scary?
Yanno I DO want to go but I didn't know if that would be weird or whatnot. LOL Does that sound weird? I don't know. I run into her every so often in different Tulsa spots and we talk for 10 minutes, maybe 15 max. Does that warrant attending a wedding? That is just HER day yanno...? Maybe I should check an ettiquette book somewhere...
OMG No shit...only 2 houses down? And HOW long have they lived there? Hilarious! Did you guys just see that someone was having a party or something and crash it? I bet that was awesome/weird?
OMG Jackie...I JUST bought those same heels...in BROWN...in KNOXVILLE.
HAHAHA
HAHAHA! LOVE IT! :) When I find shoes I like, its a miracle..b/c I hate shoe shopping. :))
As for the wedding, yeah.. I know how you feel. She sees my mom at the bank more than she sees me. The invitation was even SENT to my mom's house. I dunno. It's up in the air. But, i seriously think everyone feels taht way.. I dont think theres many people taht have stayed CLOSELY connected except the core group. So.. whatever. Play it by ear I suppose. We can touch base before the wedding..
Oh, yeah.. Blaze has lived there a year...and she's lived down the street or 2 years. Blaze was like "Um.. when she sent the invite, do you think she saw my address was right there?" Weird. I guess neither of them knew, but how strange, right?
She probably had someone else do the actual addressing the invites...I mean heck I'm planning MY wedding right now and I keep getting people offering to send out invites saying that is the norm and that is traditional to give those jobs to other people blah blah but I'm a personal kind of person...I'd rather write their names out myself.
Plus I love to write.
I'm a freak.
And yes...I love those shoes. I think I feel closer to you now...!!?? ROFL
