I saw someone do this and I'm taking it b/c I like it:
Twenty songs that remind me of college for different reasons in random order:
1 Ride Wit Me- Nelly
2 You Dont Have to Call Me Darling- David Allen Coe
3 What's Your Fantasy?- Ludacris
4 Like A Prayer- Madonna
5 What I Like About You- The Romantics
6 Build Me Up Buttercup- The Foundations
7 Goodbye Earl- Dixie Chicks
8 P**** Control- Prince
9 Ditty- Paper Boy
10 Yellow- Coldplay...and really most other Coldplay, too.
11 Lose Yourself- Eminem
12 Anything by John Mayer or Dave Matthews
13 Complicated- Avril
14 Hot Sh*t- Country Grammar, Nelly
15 All Star- Smash Mouth
16 Drop It Like Its Hot- Lil Wayne
17 Baby I Got Your Money- Ol' Dirty Bastard
18 The Coyote Ugly Soundtrack
19 Margaritaville- Jimmy Buffet
20 What Would You Do- City High (b/c I HATED this song)
I could've kept going and going, but frankly, I have to get some work done and this is wasting time. But, I couldn't resist and I'd started today's first blog last night at home as a draft. So whatev.
Memories.... of dancing around the sorority house jamming to music blasting from someone's computer. Those were the days... *overly dramatic wistful sigh* lol!

duuuude that takes me back, only maybe a little further back than college. : )
"baby i gotcha moooooney!"
Yay for P-Control!! Anytime I've had a few adult beverages (and I'm at a place where dancing can occur) I request that. I'm a dork!! :)~
I am soooo DISAPPOINTED in the fact that OUTKAST did not make the list....
"I'm sorry Ms. Jackson"
"Rosa Parks"
"Bombs over Baghdad"
I just don't know what to say....

actually, goodie-goodie me was told I was *allowed* to like that one (aka it fit with my character) because it was a good one.
oh, memory lane. I'm so glad you're in past tense.
wow. "why don't you build me up buttercup." i hated rush so much. lamest thing ever. i would never ever have joined chio if i'd gone thru rush. it should all be COB, in my opinion. ;)
was ms. jackson the one that said, "roses really smell like poo poo poo"? actually i think it might have been boo boo boo, but poo poo poo is funnier. anyway, i remember that being a college classic for sure.
we in the theatre sang a lot from "queer as folk," "bridget jones' diary" and tons of celine dion, too. ;)
