So...it's not ALL work. Granted, we were ready to be done by the time I took this picture. We're having a luau...yeah..in Texas. Don't ask. Our big trip thing for next year is to Hawaii so we're promoting. Anyway, we also have waterguns (hence my shirt).
We're doing a party pic backdrop (hence my props). Yeah, I work in a sorority. Since I do the messaging, presentations, scripting, etc, I'm automatically on the committee so I get "the opportunity" to help decorate and shit.
Kidding. We've actually been doing a lot...but I got props for my messages I drafted for this morning's meeting and tomorrow's big meeting. Tonight, I have to be on my a-game in the event my bosses want to meet after dinner to change anything or re-craft anything..but once we all hit the bar, I'm in the clear. I dont relax til they order that second beer... :)
My favorite quote of the day came from a co worker on the golf course... First of all, let me tell you how much ass this woman kicks.. She brought purple clubs and then said "I didnt know what kind of balls to get so I just got the long and soft balls" LOL! Then, the guy coordinating said "Well, I hope you brought at least a dozen.." and she replied "Oh yeah...48..." LOOOOOL!!
By tomorrow night, I'll be about "game faced" out. I love being social and "on" but after a dinner tonight with all the group (155 of us), meeting tomorrow and 4 hr ride back, I'll be ready to turn.it.off.
