A few things...
1. I 'rescue' random dogs when I see them wandering. In other words, I chase them down to see if they have a tag. Yesterday, I almost got bitten by a little (like 20lb) dog trying to look at it's collar. It wasn't pretty... unless you were watching from a window nearby in which case, I bet it was pretty funny to watch my chasing a little dog in my workout clothes as it scurried away.
2. I dont believe beach vacations should include casinos. I dont want a casino anywhere near my peaceful beach vacay. Seriously one of the first things I look at when searching for vacations.
3. It pisses me off when people post negative comments on other people's happy posts on facebook, etc. If you have nothing nice to say, don't waste your time commenting.
4. I've been feeling out of shape and am starting to get off my arse and do something about it. WOOHOO! I just wish I was one of those morning worker-outer people. But, alas, I am not.
5. Did I tell you some vandals spray painted cars on my street? I moved from a sketchy neighborhood downtown...to a safe neighborhood...and NOW I'm getting vandalized? haha.. great. Thankfully, it came off my car with an awesome product (forgot the name) and I hope those jerks don't come back.
6. I hate checking voicemail. I'm REALLY bad at it. I have 9 vmails right now and I guarantee you the first one is from over a week ago. It's kinda ridiculous really.
7. Getting work emails at night/weekends is funny/weird to me (b/c I can see em on my phone). I'm not used to it yet since I used to have a separate work blackberry, but now it's all just one device for work and personal. Check it? Don't check it? Respond? Don't? AGH! haha!
8. I type really loudly. I know this. I think of myself as the girl from Up in the Air saying "I type with purpose." (that's just how I rationalize my heavy fingers apparently).
9. I love movie previews at the theater. LOVE! If we're going to miss the previews, I get kinda cranky.. haha.. :)
10. I've been thinking of pampering myself with a massage lately.. I havent had one since 2008 when I fractured vertebrae in my back and am totally ready for one now! :)

totally with you on the voicemail thing... I am always calling people back and being like, "I saw you called.... but I didn't listen to the message.."
Liam is always telling me that I type way too loud as well, but I just can't help it!!
And I'm so into movie previews as well. I'll make sure to get there early not only to get good seats...I like to be right in the middle of the theater, but too catch the previews as well. And I'll always, ALWAYS look at the person next to me and tell then if I'll see it or not!!

I'm the SAME way about previews....they are the best part, because even if the movie you're going to see doesn't turn out that great, you just saw the best of the rest!
I love previews too! If I'm going to miss them, I don't go, and wait for the next show.

Negative comments make me sad. They are usually by those debbie downer types. You write: Don't stress about the future and enjoy each and every day. They reply: The grasshopper died in that fable.
Vmail is the devil. I have to put it one my to do list because I hate it so much.
If I miss the previews.....I pray for the souls of the people going to the movie with me. :)

I LOve the previews to movies too! I am always early so I don't miss them :) And I also HATE checking voicemails...I don't even know why but I just find it annoying.
I think what I most enjoy about your blog everyday is your HONESTY. You make everything so relatable and fun to read!
And I get mad if I don't make it to the previews of a movie, too. It's just something I have to do.
i wait until my voicemail is 100% full before deleting and/or checking. the beauty of the iphone - you don't have to check them in order so I can listen to the "important" ones if need be. it's seriously one of my favorite things about the iphone... how lame is that?
I vote for not checking the work email if you're not at work! Relax and enjoy your time away from work!
On another note, where did you guys stay in St. Lucia? Jeremy and I are planning a trip next summer and are thinking about going to St. Lucia.

I hate checking voicemails too..I always wait until I have a bunch, then it takes like 5-10 mins (which is why I hate it). It is a vicious cycle!
I get cranky when I miss the previews too! I hate walking into a dark theatre.
I had a work email come thru and I got it 5 days later. Ooops!!! I HATE VMAIL!!
VM is hard for me to keep up too, annoying. Also...that would be hard not answering my work e-mail if it went through on my phone, that would be tough. You can totally work out girl, I've been slacking so I know how hard it is to get back in the habit!

I do that with dogs too! I always think if it was my pup I would want someone to do something. It kills me when I'm driving or working and I see a stray dog because I can't really help out-I actually think about it ALL.DAY.LONG. and hope nothing happened to the dog.
I wish I was getting off my ass to exercise :(

Aaah man right there with you with rescuing random dogs@!! i have taken a few into my home too, while waiting for their owner to come forward. Also, voicemails = hate them. HATE. i wish i could just turn that feature OFF on my phone. my mom is the worst she expects i actually check them and will leave me full on 5 minute diatribes (okay, stories) on my VM and then be upset if she has to "tell it again" =- seriously? haha
I am the same way with voicemail. My hubby and I refuse to leave each other voicemails at all, it's super awesome!
