So, I'm blogging randomness I'm excited about and feel the compulsion to share. First thing.. I just realized next week is... wait for it...wait for it... JUST THE MOST EXCITING TV WEEK OF ALL TIME... better known as SHARK WEEK! Okay, maybe I'm being a leetle overdramatic, but I love Shark Week. A lot. Bucket list item: cage shark dive. and not with wussy sharks. with tigers or hammerheads or great whites. Yes, I'm serious.
*imagine me pretending to be a shark at my desk...b/c it just happened*
And Jen blogged about this yesterday... I'd had NO idea. I'm so excited about this! Did you read Sweet Valley High when you were younger?! I read it, I watched the tv show, I was a junkie for those stories! Anyway, the writer is coming out with a "10 years later" book! Love.it.
Do you need hours of entertainment...or at least a few minutes? My friend at work sent me this blog and um.. it's silent-laugh-mode hilarious. It makes fun of all the catalog scenes in things like p!ttery barn, etc. Here: Catalog Living. Finally, my friend just joined the bloggy world! I was stoked to hear about SVH too. And our local aquarium is hosting A special outdoor showing of JAWS in honor of shark week! Hooray!

Sharks huh?!! Eeeek...they are wet-your-pants SCARY!!! Our valet guy here @ the hotel in Hawaii just got nudged by a TIGER SHARK last week when he was hunting lobster at night. Freaked me out enough to not go in the ocean for the last few days...or EVER again :)-

Thanks for the reminder about Shark Week! I am excited about that book too. I have a lot on my list right now. I don't know where you are staying in Denver or if you will have a car but if you can make it to Elway's it is SO worth it! Pretty much any steakhouse there is amazing. We love Denver so much! Did you watch real world Denver? We went before real world filmed there and had dinner one night at rock bottom. Hubby thinks their beer taste like soap and their service at their restaurant in sd one time wasn't great but when we sat outside right in lodo in Denver is was wonderful!
Wait... What?!!?!?!? Shark Week is next week already?!?! Ahhhhh!!! THANK YOU times a million for this reminder! I adore Shark Week!!!

Oh Gosh Jax I can't believe you want to swim with crazy, scary sharks!!!! Have you not seen all the scary movies??? I'm freaking out just by thinking about it! But when you do, please take pictures and share ;-) Have a great time in Denver!
Everyone is so excited about Shark Week, but it scares me to death! I would never, ever swim with sharks-you are one brave lady!
