you forget that whether it is 70 degrees or 95 degrees, we tend to not have air conditioning, whereas you still have a roof over your head whether it pours of not. ;)
yes, i spent a lovely weekend at the beach. yesterday i was there for 5 hours, the tops of my feet, the backs of my hands and forehead are crispy. tanning is life.
