So... Aaron is watching bball and fairly inattentive to anything else at the moment, so I decided to blog. You know what I find hilarious?? MY bracket is beating his on facebook. Yeah, it totally is.. by like A LOT. HA!
So, I dont know if I've mentioned the hilarity of my mother's comments that she doesnt realize she's making...
Numero uno at Blaze's shower to a total stranger:
"I cant believe Jax and Blaze have been friends since 2nd grade...and Blaze is getting married...and Jax isnt."
Thanks, mom. lol.
Numero dos today at lunch with Aaron:
"27 Dresses was a cute movie...She kinda reminded me of Jax...What a cute girl! (*pause where I think she's just complimenting me*) And what, you have a ton of dresses, too...*under breath* None of them are white.."
Wow. Just wow. Can we say uncomfortable?!
I adore my mother and I know she didnt mean to be rude but more comical, but DUDE. Give it a friggin rest. For REALS.
I like where I'm at...Gah!
And, my favorite quote of the day comes from Scott. He text to ask where Aaron and I were last night.. I said we went to see Juno (easily moved into a favorite movie of mine now). He responded "Wow. Nothing like a knocked up teenager to get you in the Easter spirit.." HA!
